TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All prices are quoted wholesale net FOB Toronto unless otherwise stated.

  • All prices are quoted plus GST and plus PST, where applicable.

  • Our terms are 1% (one percent) 10 days, net 30 days on approved credit. Credit applications must include 3 (three) trade references and bank name, address, and contact.

  • We accept Visa.

  • All items not in stock will be placed on back-order unless otherwise advised.

  • Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of goods and must be noted on carrier's bill of lading.

  • Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year. Any product returned prepaid with prior written approval will be replaced or repaired at Farrell's option, subject to manufacturer's warranty and Farrell's deemed 'wear and tear' usage. Farrell shall not be liable under any circumstances for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any of its products.

  • NO RETURNS WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. GOODS MUST BE PREPAID, IN RESALABLE CONDITION, AND RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RE-STOCKING CHARGE.
